THE GUTTER CLEANING BUSINESS

Gutter cleaning became the primary service offered by PorterVac because the generally observed lack of true professionalism in the gutter cleaning industry presented a great opportunity to offer superior service and customer experience with the use of available technology and specialist roofing tradesmen. The high level of professionalism that goes into every job large and small is what has set PorterVac apart from other gutter cleaning companies. By developing and fine tuning all the processes involved with roof gutter cleaning, customers experience speed without compromising results or safety.

THE ROOFING BUSINESS

As part of the gutter cleaning service, PorterVac’s team of qualified roof tilers also inspect the customer’s roof for damage, who is provided with a roof inspection report. As a fully scoped roofing business, PorterVac tradesmen are fully equipped and qualified to carry out roof repairs such as replacement of broken tiles and gutters, re-pointing roofs and flashing repairs. The roofing service side of the business also offers full roof restoration for small dwellings to large commercial buildings.

THE PRESSURE CLEANING BUSINESS

PorterVac’s pressure cleaning business expanded from roof cleaning to driveways and sidings from our team being asked if the service could be provided. Regular pressure cleaning for homes and businesses has since become a popular additional service when PorterVac visits to do the gutter cleaning.

ABOUT DAVE PORTER

Dave is the founder and owner of PorterVac. Dave has been a qualified roof tiler for 14 years, starting and running his own successful roof tiling company since 2003.

After seeing everyone from gardeners, handymen, and pressure cleaners offering gutter cleaning services that were slow, messy, dangerous and often left broken tiles and damaged roofs behind, he realised that people would appreciate having qualified roofing professionals available to clean their gutters.

So PorterVac was born.
