I am very pleased to finally see an Australian company where each person I interact with is polite, mannerly and efficient at the same time. Really wish more companies were like this! I had Ira come out to give me a quote and he was extremely polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Happy to vouch for the company… And hope you guys be a model to other businesses.!

Portervac are a professional, efficient, excellent and reliable company to deal with. I was kept in the loop from the first phone call to them, with emails and calls. I was even sent a video about the steps they take in keeping you safe from COVID-19 whilst they are on site. I was very impressed with the excellent service received from Corey who attended to perform the work.

Met Corey over the weekend. He was very professional and talked me through what he would be doing to get my gutters cleaned. Knew his stuff and got the job done without any fuss. He also gave me an update and some commentary on the roof condition when he was done. No mess was left behind and very personable guy. Well done keep up the great work. Many thanks to Glenn for such friendly, thorough and efficient service and cleaning of our gutters today. It was a big job after a few years of neglect but he did a fantastic job. He also went above and beyond to clean up afterwards and our driveway and front steps are looking tidier than when he arrived. Highly impressive customer service-thank you! Another thanks now also to Jack and Dale who came back and did the huge roof repair and restoration work for our house and garage. They did a thorough and professional job and a big cleanup at the end. Very efficient and friendly service, thank you.

Used PorterVac to clean our gutters on the recommendation of a mate. Could not be happier with the service they provided, from end-to-end. Friendly phone staff when booking appointment, day-before email very informative, the post-service report and photos of workmanship are a great idea and the actual cleaning/inspection service itself was excellent. Big thumbs up to Jason who performed the service on the day and did a great job of cleaning my filthy gutters. Who knew the best lawn on my property was growing on the roof? Cheers.

Corey was brilliant from start to finish. He came and quoted us after hours so we could speak to him face to face and answered all our questions, he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived early and did a fantastic job, cleaned the gutters and down pipes, did a full roof inspection and even fixed one of our cracked tiles. He also invoiced exactly what was quoted. He's made a customer for life, wouldn't use anyone else now.

Good work by professionals. Pictures are taken before the cleaning is done and after a report will be sent to you after the job is done with the photos in a weeks time. Better to get an established company to do the work at a decent price, than to get some unknown not knowing what you will end up with.

Good to have PorterVac to get my gutter cleaned. They had pretty good reviews on Google. Called up and they sent a person on the next day the job was done. Got the report with before and after photos. Before photos weren't much clear and the cost is similar to a few other vacuum gutter clearers but nevermind they did a really good job.

These guys were incredible! We had Matt come out to do a gutter clean. He was punctual, friendly and so professional. He did an amazing job and gave us a free roof inspection (as well as fixing up a few small issues for us at no extra cost!), which was much needed for our house as we'd only moved in recently, so it was good to get an overview of how the property was going. I'd definitely use these guys again. Their cost was more than reasonable for a double-storey clean and Matt was so patient and knowledgeable, taking his time to answer all my questions.
