These guys were incredible! We had Matt come out to do a gutter clean. He was punctual, friendly and so professional. He did an amazing job and gave us a free roof inspection (as well as fixing up a few small issues for us at no extra cost!), which was much needed for our house as we’d only moved in recently, so it was good to get an overview of how the property was going. I’d definitely use these guys again. Their cost was more than reasonable for a double-storey clean and Matt was so patient and knowledgeable, taking his time to answer all my questions. Thanks Matt and PorterVac! We’ll see you again in the near future!

Good to have PorterVac to get my gutter cleaned. They had pretty good reviews on Google. Called up and they sent a person on the next day the job was done. Got the report with before and after photos. Before photos weren’t much clear and the cost is similar to a few other vacuum gutter clearers but nevermind they did a really good job.

Good work by professionals. Pictures are taken before the cleaning is done and after a report will be sent to you after the job is done with the photos in a weeks time. Better to get an established company to do the work at a decent price, than to get some unknown not knowing what you will end up with.

Many thanks to Glenn for such friendly, thorough and efficient service and cleaning of our gutters today. It was a big job after a few years of neglect but he did a fantastic job. He also went above and beyond to clean up afterwards and our driveway and front steps are looking tidier than when he arrived. Highly impressive customer service-thank you! Another thanks now also to Jack and Dale who came back and did the huge roof repair and restoration work for our house and garage. Used PorterVac to clean our gutters on the recommendation of a mate. Could not be happier with the service they provided, from end-to-end. Friendly phone staff when booking appointment, day-before email very informative, the post-service report and photos of workmanship are a great idea and the actual cleaning/inspection service itself was excellent. Corey was brilliant from start to finish. He came and quoted us after hours so we could speak to him face to face and answered all our questions, he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived early and did a fantastic job, cleaned the gutters and down pipes, did a full roof inspection and even fixed one of our cracked tiles. He also invoiced exactly what was quoted. He's made a customer for life, wouldn't use anyone else now.
